First of all, I would like to take a moment to express my deep appreciation and sincere gratitude to Lead International for the life-worth experience and far-out opportunities given to me.
Lead International is an array of scopes for one to flourish as it not only helped me build my professional career but also helped me discover new things and expand my knowledge.
Lead International is a place where it enhances a person to undergo a Personality development process that aims to make positive changes in one's Personality. A Trainee also acquires the soft and hard skills of understanding the basics of Marketing and The Administrative skills of running a business. It also helps a Manager to strengthen and possess the abilities to guide and encourage his/her team to achieve the set goals.
Lead International provides an opening for trainees/Juniors to Learn and Grow, the scope to Earn and be Financially independent, and bring forth a life-long Promising Career.
Through this life-changing experience of mine, I would like to encourage all my fellow teammates, colleagues, and my Juniors to be Consistent and Diligent and also a reminder NOT TO GIVE UP and that the key to SUCCESS is HARDWORK.

What exactly happen in my life with lots of obstacles (no family support,negative around bounded me everywhere including friend and field too)but i tried "all stones thrown and pain to convert them into milestone"and i achieved it through my clear vision,positive attitude & goal -oriented mind.yes off course my senior "Abhishek sir" supported me a lot during my training period at Shillong. whenever i need him he was always available during my bad times  &supported me everywhere.  EDUSTAR INTERNATIONAL is very original and magical platform .whoever is the part of this platform firstly they learns how to be a good “HUMAN –BEING”. with Management training which includes (personality development /communication skills/honesty/confidence/attitude/H.R management as well Administration)without PAYING single coins. person’s life has no value without having dreams. To achieve success or the goal of your life, you need to work accordingly. So your achievement decides the kind of person you must be and the kind of lifestyle you must maintain. If a person has dreams but sits idle without putting effort, then there is no value and no success. A person can be successful if they have the dedication to their goals and the courage to face all the challenges. For some people, success means having a lot of money. But real success is achieving your dream and achieving your goal. A person who dreams of becoming a doctor can become a doctor only if he puts in the required effort and works hard. Suppose he knows which path to choose and how to work on the path. There is no shortcut to success. To be successful, you need to follow the path of honesty, truthfulness and hard work. The path to success is never so easy and has no alternative. A person will have to cross all the hurdles and still be strong enough to walk through the path. If you give up, then you fail. It might take time and a lot of effort to find the solution to every problem, but there is always a solution; we just need to look in the right direction. LEAD INTERNATIONAL is such a great platform where person can see the dream and achieve a bright future and success in there life....

 

Lead International is an unlamented  experience I had, as it was my life changing platform. It had taught me how to be rugged, leading me undaunted. Have I not been here , I would still be the same fragile lady, but it gave me a new version of me .
